🔑 Your first login and the user portal

BolloPrint has two distinct web areas that are worth understanding from the start:

When someone invites you to a workshop team, the invitation link takes you directly to the workshop's subdomain — you can skip the portal if you don't need it.


Step 1 — Sign in at bolloprint.com

Go to bolloprint.com and click "Sign in".

You have two options:

  • Email and password: enter the email and password you registered with.
  • Continue with Google: sign in with your Google account in a single click.

If you've forgotten your password, click "I forgot my password" — you'll receive an email to reset it.

After signing in you return to bolloprint.com, already logged in. In the top-right corner you'll find your profile menu, where you open your workshops and enter the user portal ("My account").


Step 2 — The user portal (/myaccount)

Open your profile menu (top right) and click "My account" to enter the user portal. From here you manage everything that's yours as an individual, regardless of which workshops you belong to.

The portal has four sections:


🙋 Profile

  • Profile photo: upload it or remove it (JPG, PNG, WEBP, or GIF, max. 2 MB). It's the same photo that appears in your workshop menu.
  • First name and last name: editable.
  • Phone: optional.
  • Email: read-only. It's your account identifier and can't be changed.
  • Email updates: check the box if you want to receive our marketing communications.

Click "Save changes" when you're done.


🏭 My workshops

A table with all the workshops you belong to:

Clicking "Open" opens the workshop application on its subdomain (https://[slug].bolloprint.com). From there you access the dashboard, orders, production, and everything else.

If you don't belong to any workshop yet, you'll see the "Create workshop" option. And if you already have one or more, at the top of this table there's always a "Create new workshop" button to open another one (see below).


💳 Subscription

If you're the owner of any workshop, here you'll see your subscription status:

  • Active plan: plan name, status (Active, Trialing, Canceled…) and the renewal or expiration date.
  • Manage subscription: button that opens the Polar billing portal, where you can update your card, download invoices, change plans, or cancel.

If you don't have an active subscription, you'll see a link to the pricing page to sign up for one.


🔒 Security

Here you manage your password. The content varies depending on how you signed in:

If you signed in with Google only:

"Your account uses Google sign-in. Password management doesn't apply."

If you have an active password:

You can change it by entering:

  1. Your current password.
  2. The new password (minimum 8 characters).
  3. Repeat the new password to confirm.

There's also an expandable option to request a reset by email if you prefer to do it that way.


Step 3 — Access your workshop

Once in the portal, click "Open" next to the workshop you want to enter. The workshop application will open on its subdomain.

If someone has sent you an invitation link, that link takes you directly to the workshop without having to go through the portal. You'll only need to set your password the first time.

The invitation link expires in 7 days. If that time has already passed, ask the workshop's Owner or Admin to resend it from Settings → Users.


Create a new workshop

If you want to create your own workshop, go to bolloprint.com"Create a workshop" (or from the portal under "My workshops → Create workshop").

The process has two steps:

  1. Your account: full name, email, and password (or continue with Google).
  2. Your workshop: workshop name and subdomain ([your-slug].bolloprint.com). The system checks in real time whether the subdomain is available.

Entering your card starts your 30-day free trial: you're not charged until the 30-day trial ends, and you can cancel before then from your account. Once you complete sign-up, you go straight into your new workshop, already signed in.


Create another workshop when you already have an account

Already have an account and want to set up a second (or third) workshop? There's no need to register again. While signed in, click "Create new workshop" — you'll find it on the pricing page and under My account → My workshops — and the wizard will ask you for only the workshop's details (name, subdomain, country): it already knows your account.

Unlike your first workshop, an additional workshop is charged from day one (no trial period). Each workshop has its own subscription, so you can manage them separately from "My account".


Close your account

If you want to close your account, go to My account and, at the very bottom, click "Close account". We'll ask you to type your name to confirm.

Before doing so, keep in mind:

  • You must first cancel the subscription for your workshops. If you have an active one, the button appears locked with a warning.
  • Closing your account means you lose access to the platform and to all your workshops.
  • It's reversible. If you later sign in again with the same account, we'll ask whether you want to reactivate it. If you say yes, you regain access instantly and return to "My account".
