๐ฆ Inventory
The Inventory module lets you track your workshop's materials and consumables: filament, resin, supplies, and spare parts. (The manufacturers/suppliers are not managed here, but in the Catalog.)
The header figures
| Indicator | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Filament for orders | Kilograms of filament required by active orders (In production or Created), broken down by color. |
| Resin for orders | Liters of resin required by active orders. |
These indicators help you know whether you have enough material for orders in progress before the printer grinds to a halt.
Materials catalog
Clicking "Catalog" takes you to the global library of filaments, resins, supplies, and spare parts.
You can filter the materials in various ways, so you can see the options available by color, manufacturer, etc.โฆ
Click on one of the materials to see a summary of its characteristics. If you want more detailed information, you can click "View details" at the top right to access the technical sheet with all the specifications.
The four inventory tabs
Here you record what you have in your inventory. You'll find it classified into four tabs:
| Tab | What it contains |
|---|---|
| Filament | Stock of filament spools (PLA, PETG, ABS, TPUโฆ). |
| Resin | Stock of resins for SLA/MSLA printing. |
| Supplies | Other consumables: isopropanol, sandpaper, spray, packaging, etc. |
| Spare parts | Spare parts for your printers and equipment (nozzles, belts, etc.). |
Click "Add from catalog" to add a material to your inventory. Select the materials you want to enter (you can choose several at once) and click "Add" to add them to the list. Once the material is in the list, click on it to open a dropdown where you can update the number of units and the cost.
:::info ๐ก Best practice Recommendation: Remember to also update when you use up materials if you want to keep track of what you need before printing.
