๐๏ธ Production (Kanban)
The Kanban board is the control room for production. It shows every active order organized by its manufacturing status and lets you move them between phases with a simple drag.
The five columns
The board has five fixed columns, one per status:
| Column | Order status |
|---|---|
| Created | Confirmed order, pending production start. |
| In production | Pieces on the printer. |
| Ready to ship | Printing finished, awaiting shipment or courier. |
| Shipped | On its way to the customer. |
| Completed | Delivered and closed. Orders that have been in this column for more than 7 days are hidden automatically to keep the view uncluttered. |
Three view modes
In the top-left corner you can switch between:
| Mode | Description |
|---|---|
| Board | Columns side by side with horizontal scroll. The default view. |
| Compact | Smaller cards to see more orders at once. |
| List | Vertical sections grouped by status. Better on narrow screens. |
Creating an order from the Kanban
Use the "New order" button in the header. The order will appear directly in the "Created" column.
Clicking a card (without dragging) opens the full order detail.
Moving an order
Drag the card from one column to another to change the order status. The change is saved automatically on the server.
