💰 Finances
The Finances module turns the workshop's orders and expenses into real economic metrics: revenue, expenses and profit.
The module's three tabs

Financial Summary
Pending payment
A highlighted card at the top shows the total pending payment: the sum of orders that are completed but not yet marked as paid. Clicking it expands a list of those orders at the bottom of the page.
Monthly history
A combined bar-and-line chart shows the month-by-month evolution of:
- Revenue (green bars) — orders paid each month.
- Expenses (orange bars) — expenses recorded each month.
- Profit (blue line) — revenue minus expenses.
Balance cards
Three groups of cards show the balance over different periods:
- Monthly balance: the current month.
- Annual balance: the current year.
- Total balance: since the workshop started.
Clicking any of these cards opens a list below with the orders and/or expenses that make up that figure.
Expenses tab
A record of all the workshop's expenses (buying filaments, electricity bill, tools, etc.). You not only see what you spend at a glance, but you can also store your delivery notes and/or invoices to keep everything tidy.
Create an expense
Click "New expense" to add one. You can enter the data by hand or you can attach the scanned invoice. To do that, click "Upload with AI" (blue button at the top right) and upload the file. BolloPrint tries to automatically extract the amount, the date and the supplier from the image using AI (OCR). Always review the extracted data before saving.
Suppliers tab
This is the "address book" where you store your expense suppliers. You can easily look up their address, phone, emails… Add a new supplier by clicking "New supplier", enter its details and save. Now you can look it up quickly whenever you need it.
WARNING! These suppliers are different from the material manufacturers in the inventory.
