๐ ๏ธ Support on Discord
Got a question, a bug or an idea? BolloPrint support runs on Discord, with a system of private cases: you open your case, a conversation is created that only you and the BolloPrint team can see, and we answer you there.
1. Get into Discord from the app (one click)
The fastest way into the community is from the app itself: open your user menu (bottom left) and click Help. A panel opens without leaving the page, and inside it you'll see a Discord card with a Discord button.
Clicking it connects your Discord account once, gets you into the BolloPrint server automatically, and assigns you your role: VIP if any of your workshops is on the Pro, Max or Business plan (it unlocks the โญ VIP area), and Cliente otherwise. If you have several workshops, the best one counts. If you change plan later on, your role updates on its own. The panel shows your role and the Discord account you're connected with. If the connection with Discord isn't available at that moment, the button appears disabled: try again later.
Once you're in, scroll down to the ๐ ๏ธ Support category.
If you were already on the server, the button gets you there just the same and gives you the role. And if at any point your role doesn't match your plan, that same panel has a button to re-sync it. The direct invite link (without going through the app) still exists, but connecting from Help makes sure you get the right role.
2. Pick your language
There are six support channels, one per language. Go into whichever you prefer:
- soporte-espaรฑol โ si quieres que te atendamos en espaรฑol.
- support-english โ if you'd rather be helped in English.
At the top of each channel you'll see a pinned message with a short explanation and several buttons.
3. Open your case
Click the button that best describes what you need:
- โ Question โ questions about using it or how to do something.
- ๐ Bug โ something isn't working or throws an error.
- ๐ก Suggestion โ ideas or improvements you're proposing.
- ๐ฆ Migration โ bringing your store or your data over from another platform.
- ๐ Catalog โ asking us to add or correct a material in the global catalog (filament, resin, manufacturer).
The buttons are the same in every channel, each one in its own language.
A small form will open where we'll ask you for:
- Subject โ a short title.
- Description โ tell us in detail what's happening.
- Your workshop โ your workshop's subdomain. For example, if you go into the app at
myworkshop.eu.bolloprint.com, typemyworkshop.
When you send it, the bot creates a private thread for you and gives you the link. That thread belongs to you and the support team alone.
4. Attach screenshots
The form doesn't accept files, so once the thread is created drag your screenshots or photos in there. We'll see them alongside your message, and it helps us enormously to understand the problem.
5. What happens next
We answer you in that same thread. When we mark your case as resolved or closed, you'll get a notice in the thread. You can keep writing in the thread to add information or reply to us.
And most importantly: nobody else in the community sees your conversation โ only you and the BolloPrint team. Each case is its own private thread, so your conversations never get mixed up with those of other workshops.
